So far I havent made any of the actual pies, but if this apps build quality is any indication, they should be friggin delicious! Evan has a great presentation style. I kind of wish she was my new cool aunt.

Disclaimer: I dont bake! I bought this app because of it was intriguing and very different long then any other food app I have seen. I felt like I was taking a huge risk because of how specific the app was ... Pies!? Well, what a HUGE surprise and payoff! I have made two of the pies and they were incredible! My favorite part was making my own pie crust. My friends and family all remarked how tasty the crust was ... and I was able to boast that it was from scratch! Talk about a proud moment. Truly, I highly recommend you embrace your inner baker and have some fun making these incredible pies.

I dont write reviews usually but this App deserves more great write-ups! Its beautifully designed, easy to use and had me successfully bake my first pie yesterday... Step-by-step audio and visual instructions on multiple DELICIOUS pies... I was skeptical to spend the $2.99 but am SO grateful I splurged as this is worth every penny they ask!!

Unfortunately, this once pretty good app no longer functions. It has not been undated in 5 years, so Im going to assume its permanent curtains for this app.

I love this app!! The quality of the video is unmatched and there is so much content for such a reasonable price. Evan could be the next Paula Deen. Way to go Clear-Media-keep them coming!

I love the video. Its a simple and beautiful presentation. Evan is an authority on pies and clearly knows how to show us how to bake them. I cant wait to make that simple crust! Does it matter if I get flour all over my iPhone?

Crashed constantly when trying to download. (You have download most of the content). The videos have no ability to fast forward or rewind. You must watch the entire thing and then it weirdly repeats. It immediately reminded me of another awful app that Im sure was done by the same company.

Recipes are good, videos so easy to follow. Its like having a personal tutor with you in your kitchen. Anyone can follow along. My only hope is that this app is continuously updated with new recipes. For $5, youd kind of expect that, right?

This app is fantastic and its so clever the way they imbed video into the app. The recipes download in just a few seconds and its so easy to follow. I strongly recommend this app to anyone who enjoys pies even if youve never baked one before.

Audio from other clips often continues to play in the background while a different clip is playing. Pretty annoying and no way to stop it. Otherwise the recipes look good and thorough, clear instructions.

Im giving this Ap 5 stars because Evan makes pie making so easy - anyone can follow the simple step by step instructions even if youd never cooked a pie before from this mistress of pies. I love the twist on traditional pies - like using chai spice in a pumpkin pie and lemon curd in a meringue pie. I hope they add a rewind, pause, fast forward feature as the format seems a little clunky - but thats something Im sure will be ironed out.

This app is like having your best friend in the kitchen with you. I convinced myself 20 years ago that I could not make a pie, but Evans irreverent attitude towards the mysteries of pie have finally made them approachable. "You can do this!" she declares, as she shows you step by step exactly how. This is my favorite app of the season. Thanks Evan!

Evan Kleiman, I love your show but this awful app is an embarrassment. Tell the idiots whom you paid to develop this to re-do it!! Correctly, that is. 1)continually crashes 2) Ridiculous that after installing you have to download the recipes. And again, crashes. 3) once downloaded where exactly is the list of ingredients and steps? 4) Just figured out how to get the list of ingredients, tap the envelope button to email to yourself!! 5) Oh wait, as if the above wasnt stupid enough, the steps for the recipe were not included in the email. This is an example of a lovely to look at app that is totally useless.

I was excited about this app, especially after reading the reviews, should have scrolled down farther. Took awhile to download the app but then you must have to download the recipe but I dont really know, after 10 minutes nothing showed up and I closed it. Looks like a waste of money.

Superbly crafted! As much time, consideration, and care Evan gives to the creation of her pies she and the developers bestowed upon this app. Clean crisp HD videos with the step by steps micro managed into easy to follow segments. Its as if Evan herself was standing right there in your kitchen. Truly one of the best apps Ive purchased in a loooong time!

Why do I have to submit my email every time I want to see a recipe? Also, you have the submit form rigged. I HAVE to click the "send me more info" button because its paired with the "Im over 18 disclaimer." I already payed for the app, please stop asking me for more info.... For 5 bucks I shouldnt have to do what others give away free online by just giving them my info

Absolutely wonderful! Love the recipes, especially the Chai Spice Pumpkin Pie! Made it for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it.

Price is worth the recipe for the Pear Apple Blue Cheese Slab alone! If you like pie as much as I do, this is a must have app!
